YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - PREPARE THE SPACE

Furniture:
The photographer (Max Highstein) is not responsible for moving furniture, opening blinds, cleaning up, or otherwise staging your property. Please be sure to prep the space the way you would like it to be photographed, in time for the shoot.

Blinds:
Be especially careful to open blinds and curtains prior to the photographer's arrival. Because blinds are prone to breakage, the photographer will not touch them.

"Cleanup" Postproduction Charges
Photo editing in post production (after the shoot) done specifically to remove objects or "clean up" the space will be charged extra. The current rate for this work is $75 per hour, subject to change. Usually these edits are quick, but it depends on the scene.

Pets
Please schedule the shoot for a time when owners, renters, pets, etc. will be elsewhere during the shoot. Some outside doors may need to be open for part of the shoot, and the photographer can not be responsible for pets escaping outdoors, or coming indoors.

LIMITED LICENSE MEDIA

You are purchasing a license to use the images I produce for the time period in which your listing stays active. Any subsequent use, including re-listing the same property, or passing the images to another agent or entity, will require a new license agreement. This is standard practice in our industry, as is the practice that the ownership of the media produced by the photographer stays with the photographer.

WHO PAYS FOR "OOPS"

I'll do my best to capture all the shots necessary to fully portray your listing, in keeping with the services you've ordered. If there are any specific images that you know are crucial for me to capture that you think I might overlook, please let me know exactly what you have in mind.

In the event that you've omitted something important that wasn't obvious, that you want me to make an extra trip for, a Return Trip Fee ($75) may be charged, along with any applicable additional charges. (A Return Trip Fee selection is available in the order page, should you need it.)

If I forget to shoot something I was clearly supposed to shoot, or if I need to return for reasons that are my responsibility, then no worries, no extra charge. Above all, I promise to be fair and considerate, and I ask that you do the same.

TIERS, FOOTAGE, AND PRICING

Package tiers are based on the square footage provided by the client at booking. By placing an order, you confirm that this figure is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If the property is substantially larger than represented, the order may be repriced to the appropriate tier.

If, upon arrival, the property is clearly and significantly larger than the booked tier, the photographer may pause the shoot and contact the client to confirm pricing before proceeding. If a price adjustment is required and the client chooses not to proceed at the updated rate, a trip fee may be charged to cover travel and time already incurred. Once the shoot has been completed, cancellation is no longer available and the applicable tiered rate will apply.
